We were introduced to Nicky when we were looking for a plot of land in Spain and still living in England. Just a short note to say thank you for all you have done with the reformation of our apartment in La Siesta. I would not have known where to start with notifying the town hall and getting the permission to do the work in the first place and then arranging for a builder to carry out the work.

It was comforting to know that there was somebody in Spain to ensure that everything was being done correctly, it would have been quite a worry with us being in the UK not knowing what was going on.

When we started looking for suitable land to build our property in Spain we imagined that it would take a long time and a lot of trips, however working with Nicky we were amazed how quickly we found our perfect location. We provided our wish list and she found us a number of plots that offered everything we wanted and more, without wasting our time on totally unsuitable viewings which had happened to us in the past. Throughout the process of buying land everything was explained to us clearly and dealt with efficiently. I don't know how anyone could even begin to buy, renovate or build a property in Spain without the help of someone like Nicky.
