Standard Fees

All inclusive Property Management fee: 240 euros per annum

Selective Property Management fee: 120 euros per annum

Gary Cook has lived in Spain for 7 years working as a project manager on construction projects. Gary tracks the progress of the works ensuring the project schedule is on track. He often acts as the client’s representative in Spain keeping you regularly posted. He can also help with finding suitable plots for building, selecting an architect and raising bank finance for the project.

Gary likes to keep fit playing tennis and mountain bike riding. He has an off road motorbike also.
